After a long career in the non-profit industry, I decided I was ready for a change and earned both a sales and broker’s license as a Realtor.  After working as a successful agent for a major real estate agency for 14 years, teaching real estate school, and acting as a Productivity Coach for new agents;  and at the encouragement of my friends and family, I decided to finally embarked on my own journey as the owner of a small brokerage with the intention of providing the best possible service to my clients. 

As a way of including my passion for the non-profit community, my brokerage makes a donation to a preferred organization supporting a variety of charities at the close of each escrow.

Rezhe has a strong background in community development; having worked several years with economic development projects in underserved areas. Previously, she held a position in community development for a historic community in St. Louis, Missouri which provided homeownership opportunities, affordable rental housing, and community revitalization. 

Rezhe’s passion for the community led her to obtain a real estate license in both Missouri and California.

She loves being engaged with her community in Long Beach and is proficient in working with a diverse group of clients. In her down time, she can be found outside, enjoying nature and meeting new friends.

A life long resident of the South Bay, Nicholas has spent most of his life living and working in San Pedro...so he knows all the best spots!      

His enthusiasm, determination, and drive for perfection make him a great agent for those looking for something unique or different.      

As the youngest of our group, Nicholas connects best with those who may be new to the real estate market, where his attention to detail and out of the box thinking help in tackling any challenge. 

With a degree in Music Composition, and an admitted collection of 14 guitars, Nicholas enjoys music when he's not selling homes.
