After a long career in the non-profit industry, I decided I was ready for a change and earned both a sales and broker’s license as a Realtor. After working as a successful agent for a major real estate agency for 14 years, teaching real estate school, and acting as a Productivity Coach for new agents; and at the encouragement of my friends and family, I decided to finally embarked on my own journey as the owner of a small brokerage with the intention of providing the best possible service to my clients.

A life long resident of the South Bay, Nicholas has spent most of his life living and working in San Pedro...so he knows all the best spots!
